I am a PhD student and leaving for the summer internship. So I am subletting lyman graduate residence.

Date: Mid of June to Mid of September. I prefer to lease the room after 14 June and three months in full but dates are negotiable.
Rent: The official rent is $1086/month. The deposit is $100. The price is adjustable. The deposit will be returned if there are no damage on apartment and bike and the apartment is cleaned as in the beginning of the lease.
(Optional): Bike, $50 for whole period.

My room is located at the opposite side of the main road and very quiet.
It is much closer to most of research centers (Y2E2, Huang, Gates, Stanford hospital etc) than Escondido village. So if you come here for research, this will be the right choice. You can check this out from google map.
You can find the information and pics of apartment at https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/lyman-graduate-residences. I did not change the furniture and there is no damage, so it looks the same as the website.
Water/Electricity are already included and washer/dryer are free.
All kitchen wares (dishes, microwaves etc) and appliances that I leave (vacuum cleaner, lamp and so on) are free to use.

Requirements.

Male since I have a male flatmate. separate bedroom, of course, He is very nice and easy going. I haven't had any problems to share the apartment.
