I am a medical student looking for a female Stanford affiliate to sublease my room in Kennedy for 7 weeks (6/16-8/6) this summer. Beginning date is flexible only after 6/16 and end date is flexible only BEFORE 8/6. Sublicensee MUST be clean and respectful. My roommate and I keep our apartment very tidy and we clean up after ourselves when we cook. I would like to sublease to someone who is able to uphold that level of cleanliness so as to reduce the inconvenience and impact on my roommate with whom you will be sharing the apartment.

**1 bedroom (with private, ensuite bathroom) in a 2-bedroom apartment (2 BR, 2BA) in Kennedy Rosse (14 Comstock Circle, Stanford, CA 94305)
**Very spacious bedroom with a large ensuite full bathroom, fully furnished (bed, desk, closet, chest of drawers).
**Free laundry in the basement of the building next door (Kennedy Commons).
**Kitchen and living room to be shared with my current roommate who is also a medical student.
**Rent is $1380/mo (somewhat negotiable) which INCLUDES UTILITIES. Security Deposit of $500 is requested and will be refunded at the end of the sublease period if no damage is found. Shorter-term rentals will be prorated according to this rate, though a full term rental is preferred!
**Convenient parking is available for which you can purchase a parking pass.

To be eligible to sublicense a space from a Stanford graduate student, a prospective sublicensee must be a current or incoming direct Stanford affiliate, but does not have to be a matriculated student. Temporary Stanford affiliates who will not be enrolled as students (summer visiting researchers, for example) must not be a minor, high school student, or undergraduate at their home institution.
