I am subletting my room (in Escondido Village, 3 bedroom 1 bath, triple occupancy), from June 11, 2016 to Sept 24, 2016. The apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stoves, fridge etc.) and a bathroom (with bath-tub containing shower) and is fully furnished (bed, desk and chair, closet, bookcase etc.). There are also a lounge, and a (free) laundry room close to the apartment. Utilities (electricity, water, internet) included.

• I have two male roommates; both of them are Stanford Ph.D. students.

• I'm asking for $943 per month, which is my monthly rent.

• Partial period renting (within June 11 - Sept 24 may be possible though not guaranteed); earlier move-in date (than June 11) can be negotiable too.
