I am subletting a furnished bedroom (in a 2B1B apartment) in Lyman graduate housing during the summer (Mid June - Mid Sep). 3 full months is preferred, but the move-in and move-out dates is negotiable.

The Stanford rent is $1086/month, but the price is adjustable. I also have a bike to rent if needed: $50 for whole period. The deposit is $100 in total, which will be returned if the apartment and the bike are cleaned and have no damages.
No extra fee for water, electricity, internet, and laundry. Kitchen wares and appliances (vacuum cleaner, lamp and so on) are free to use.

Lyman residence is a very quiet and convenient place. Close to Y2E2, Durand, Gates, Medical school. etc. Very suitable for students and researchers. More information about lyman can be found at:
