I want to go away this summer and I am looking to sublet my 2 bedroom family townhouse in EV. My schedule is somewhat flexible, but I would prefer someone to stay from mid-late June until sometime in August.

The rent is very cheap by Palo Alto standards - $2077/mo, including ALL utilities and internet. I also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks and charges $80 per visit.

The townhouse is in the middle of two very idyllic parks, in a gated courtyard with easy parking. (Barnes courtyard for those familiar with EV). Comfy living room with a big smart-TV setup with Netflix, cable, and high speed internet. Plenty of sunlight. Private backyard/patio with gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen; washer and dryer in unit, all the appliances you would ever need. Fully furnished. Easy access to everything on campus.
