One bedroom available in a furnished, fully-stocked, two bedroom apartment in the Liliore Green Rains Houses (Rains)--the best grad student community on campus!

I am a first-year law student and will be working in St. Louis, MO this summer. I am looking for someone to sublet my room while I am gone. My roommate is a PhD in artificial intelligence who will be entering the third year of his program. He is a nice, laid back, considerate roommate who is looking for the same in a sublessee. We get along great and I am sure you all will too.

I am hoping to sublet my room from early June (ideally around June 6) through mid September (ideally around June 16), though I am flexible on both ends. The rent is $1,083 and will be adjusted for the number of days you stay.

Amenities: Full-kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and tons of cooking supplies--you are welcome to use it all); bedroom (twin bed, desk, chair, nightstand, dresser, closet, shelves above desk); living room/dining room; one bathroom.

Requirements: Must be a current or incoming direct Stanford affiliate, or a temporary Stanford affiliate. Only allowed to rent to men (sorry...Stanford's rules).
