2 Master suites with private bathrooms: $1775 each
1 smaller bedroom (share first floor bathroom): $1300

Shared spaces: big open kitchen, living/dining room, sitting room, large finished garage for storage or studio space, and a large yard with multiple BBQs!

House has 4 bedrooms total - one bedroom has already been rented to a lovely MBA student who would share the first floor bathroom.
