I'm subletting my on-campus housing for the summer, from 6/15 to 9/15. There's flexibility on start/end dates, but preference goes to females who can generally take the entire period. Rent is $1050/month + refundable security deposit (negotiable).

My room is on campus in Rains, which is near Escondido Village. My building has been newly renovated in the last quarter and all the amenities and furniture are brand new. My room and shared bathroom in a 2br, 1bath apartment is clean and extremely spacious. The place is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked w/dishes, glasses, cooking gadgets, etc. My roommate is friendly, quiet and keeps to herself.
