My room in a 3BR/1BTH apartment will be available from early June to the end of September. All amenities and utilities are included (laundry, wifi, bedding, etc.) You will be having the only south-facing room in the apartment. If you want, you can have my bike too.

The rent is $943, but negotiable depending on the duration. 3-4 months is preferred.
