One bedroom in our five bedroom Palo Alto home is available for a female subletter Sunday, June 5 until the end of August / early September (whatever works best for you, mid-August would be fine, too).

Your bedroom is upstairs overlooking the backyard and has a queen-sized bed, bookshelf, plenty of closet space, and a nice big window. You'd share the upstairs bathroom with two others. Four other women (three grad students, one Googler) live in the house, and they're a great group. They'll be in and out all summer between school/work stuff and vacations. Everyone is very clean, respectful, and pleasant to chat with over after-work beers :)

Rent is $1,400/month, and includes all utilities, wifi too. The house is just off Middlefield Road in Palo Alto, near the Philz Coffee on Middlefield. It's a five minute drive to 101, and a 10 minute drive (20 minute bike ride) to campus or downtown Palo Alto. The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and lots of common space: two living rooms, a dining room, a garage with washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, and fenced-in outdoor space.
