The studio comes fully furnished (TV, Kitchenware, Bedding, etc.) and has a free laundry room downstairs. There is also a bus stop right outside the door that will take you to the main campus, medical center, and shopping centers. Otherwise it is about a 15 minute walk to campus. Overall, this apartment is clean, quiet, and incredibly convenient.

Rent is $1361 a month and all utilities are included. There is also $300 security deposit which will be returned to you at the end of the sublease.
