We are moving to New York City in July and are looking for someone to take over the lease on our gorgeous (and newly renovated) 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Available between June 20 and September 12 (dates negotiable). I posted this in another category as well because you also have the option of taking over the lease for 1 year (July 2016 - July 2017).

The apartment complex has two pools, a spa, (one pool and the spa pictured here) a gym, club house, reading room, and pingpong table. Our apartment is about 570 sq ft, hardwood floor with carpet in the bedroom, walk-in closet, and washer/dryer in-unit. We also live right next to the pool. We're paying about 2600/month in rent. 15 minute drive from campus, 10 minute (slow) bike ride from either Mountain View or Sunnyvale Caltrain.
