One bedroom apartment available for sublet between July 5 and July 31. The price is $1525 for the complete period (26 days). Please ask if interested in renting for less time, although priority will be given for longer stays. If we agree on a shorter period, price will be charged proportionally at $59 per day.
$200 deposit is required additionally to the full price paid upfront. The deposit will be returned in full if the apartment is returned in the same condition as received. Otherwise, the deposit or part of it may be used to cover cleaning or other incidentals.
Located in Hulme, one of the Escondido Village mid-rises (8-story buildings). Renovated two years ago, so all the kitchen appliances are relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. The bedroom has a queen size bed, two nightstands and a desk. The living room has one sofa and one futon, plus a dining table with three chairs. Dishes and bed linens can be left for your use or removed as per request. Great balcony with two sitting chairs and view (7th floor). Basement of the building has plenty of washing machines and dryers. Theres's also a room with big TV and a pool table. For more info on this apartments, see:
