I'm looking to sublease my room in Los Altos for the summer, available 6/15-10/15. Looking for a lease of minimum 3 months; room cannot be shared/split.

It's in a brand new condo (3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom) in downtown Los Altos (10 min drive, 20 min bike ride from Stanford; 15 min drive to downtown mountain view).

Complete with furnished common areas including kitchen, living room, den/study, and terrace. In-unit laundry included.
You'd have your own bedroom (lightly furnished), and a shared bathroom with a female apartment-mate. Also living there are two males. All three are current Stanford seniors and will be there at various times throughout the summer.
