I'm subletting my Studio apartment at Escondido Village from August 13 to September 21 (dates are flexible). It's close to marguerite bus stop, 15-minute walk to campus, Starbucks, and California avenue.

The room comes fully furnished, including full kitchenware, audio set, a keyboard player (it can be moved if you want more room), and a turntable (I can teach you how to use it!). It's pretty cool over the summer and quiet over the day. Free laundry is available in the same building.

Rent is $1,361/month with $300 security deposit which will be returned at the end of the sublease. I'm looking for a clean, responsible non-smoker, who can take the place at least for a month. Please feel free to email me with any questions!
