Comfortable 1 bedroom studio apartment for sublicensing in Escondido Village. Available from June 12th to September 21st. These dates are somewhat flexible but only looking for tenants staying for at least 2 months. The studio will be provided furnished with kitchenware, a microwave, vacuum cleaner, bedding etc. There's a laundry room, computer lab and bus stop downstairs and it's about 15 minutes away from campus via walk. The rent is $1361 per month in total and there is a total security deposit of $500 which will be returned once the apartment is returned in a clean fashion.
