Hello. I am trying to rent my EV Studio APT for the summer (Single Studio residence). I am away from June 6th to September 21st. The apartment includes a kitchen with a microwave, fridge, private bathroom, and stove with oven. And also it includes all furniture. Laundry machines locates at the right down first floor (Free!) I am looking for tenants who can rent at least 2.5 months.

The rent fee is $ 1,361 / month and $500 deposit for cleaning issue.
