I am an artist and doctoral student at Stanford University looking to sublet my apartment for the summer.

Dates Available: July 1st - September 1st
Rate: 45/Day or $1,360/Month
*Security Deposit: $200 requested, to be returned at end of sublease period (assuming no damages)

-Fully furnished (large desk, double bed, couch, fridge, stove, microwave, cooking essentials, etc.)
-FREE laundry right next door
-Tennis court, Basketball court, BBQ Pit outside

-Peaceful, quiet neighborhood with plenty of open space
-On campus, in close proximity to central part of campus
-California ave within walking distance (~10-15 minutes) - for Sunday farmer's market, Cal Train (to San Jose/San Francisco), restaurants, night life, groceries, etc.
-Marguerite Shuttle stop short walk away, Zip Cars available in front of building
-Ample parking, with purchase of parking pass from Stanford
