1 bedroom/private bathroom in a 4 bedroom apt. Includes use of modern and stocked kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Huge living room with full-sized dining table. Will share living room and kitchen with 2 or 3 other male graduate students. The room is furnished (full-sized bed, desk, side table, book shelf) with a nice palm tree view. Comes with free wifi, washing and drying, and utilities.

Looking for around $1400 per month but would consider slightly less, and would prefer someone who can sublet for most of June through mid/early August
