I'm a male PhD student at Stanford, and I'm subletting 1 bedroom out of 2 bedrooms in Escondido Village Lowrise Apartment.

According to the university policy, I can only sublet to a Stanford affiliate.

Dates for renting：08/21-10/01
Gender: male
Rate：$1000/month (including utilities)
The apartment also includes a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, necessary furnishings, and access to FREE LAUNDRY rooms.
