Hello all,
We're leaving SF and Stanford for the summer, and we look for someone to live in our place from June 11 till September (dates can be discussed if interested, it can be less or more, depending on needs).

The apartment: very pretty, cozy and comfortably arranged, fully equipped. It's one space divided by partition to a 'bedroom' and a living room and therefore fits either a couple or a single person. The kitchen and bathroom are spacious. Lots of natural light.

The location: very central. You can fully enjoy the Mission vibes, the best burrito and best pie in the city (for reals) are a block away, Dolores park is near, etc. The civic center and the Castro are close as well (10 mins bike/car drive) and so is the 22nd St. Caltrain station (10-15 bike/car drive) if you need to commune to the rest of the Bay Area. And bernal heights is in a walking distance if you want to enjoy a Sunday hike.

The price includes: rent and all bills (water, heating, electricity, internet).

What you get: other than the place, you could use all our sheets and towels if you need, our fully equipped kitchen (we cook and bake a lot, so all is here), our coffee grinder and machine, our inflatable mattress in case you'd like to have a guest over and obviously, room for all your stuff.

What we look for: someone that can prove s/he is responsible and someone who can water our plants every 2-3 days. We also expect to receive the apartment exactly how we will give it to you: clean and organized. We prefer one person/couple for the entire time.
