Hey guys,

I’m looking to sublet in Munger to a male Stanford affiliate for the summer! Here are the details:

The Bedroom:
-Private bedroom + private bathroom
-Fully furnished bedroom w/ full XL bed, desk, nightstand

The Common Room/Kitchen:
-2 LARGE fridges, microwave, oven, stove
-Fully furnished common room w/ couch, two lounge chairs, desk, and dining table

Other Awesome Stuff:
-Laundry is right downstairs and free!
-Munger is the best location for housing on campus. It's close to everything.

When and how much?
-Sublet is available starting June 9 and available until September 16 (I'd be willing to sublet for less time, but the longer the better!)
-$1250/month (negotiable) (this is a steal considering the rent is originally $1429/m)
-Rent covers housing and all utilities (i.e. you don't pay a dime more than $1250/m)

This is the best housing I've had living on or near a campus hands down. Please let me know ASAP if you're interested!
