Apartment comes completely furnished, and if you need kitchen items I would be fine leaving in the apartment over the summer. This apartment is a two-story, low rise in Escondido Village. Since it is intended for families, there is a TON of storage space, including a large linen closet and a huge cupboard under the stairs. There is a lovely back patio with a view of the neighborhood park. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, as there are many families who live here.

Parking is available right outside of the apartment if you obtain a residential pass, or you are 2 minutes away from the bus stop that conveniently takes you to the main campus, medical center, and to several shopping centers. Laundry is free and located right behind the apartment (not in-unit).

As per Stanford's policy, only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
