I am a PhD student at Stanford, and I will be away for the summer on an internship. I am looking to sublet my room in my graduate housing apartment on Stanford campus. I have already subleased my apartment for the majority of the summer; however, there are two time frames in which a sublease is still available:
6/13-7/3
9/11-9-26
I am interested in subleasing during the above time frames on a weekly basis, and I am asking for $200/week.
The apartment is located in a rather quiet part of east campus. The apartment is two stories and has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The Stanford quad is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from this apartment. It is really a great area, and I have enjoyed living here for the past four years.
You will have at most two roommates over the summer, and I can only rent to male tenants. Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense. Co-terms who have used four years of undergraduate housing are OK.
Examples of affiliates include
Post-docs
Graduate students
Visiting researchers
Stanford Medical Center employees
Parent of a Stanford-affiliated summer camper
