The house comes furnished, and with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher etc.), an outdoor patio with a grill and picnic tent, in-unit washer/dryer, and ample parking. It is located 12 mins from the Downtown Berkeley and Ashby BART stations and 20 mins from the UC Berkeley campus.

The room also comes partly furnished.
Rent includes utilities (~$1300/month).
