I am subleasing my studio 2 apartment on campus, from June 20th to Sep 17th. I am asking the same rent that I am charged for, 1410 $/month. Due to Stanford regulations, the studio can only be subleased to current Stanford affiliates (grad students, postdocs and visiting researchers).
The Studio provides about 350 square feet of space. It is furnished, and you will have your own private bathroom and kitchen. You can also use my kitchen equipment (dishes, silverware, microwave, toaster oven, ...). You will be eligible for a residential parking permit, which you can buy separately from Stanford.
There is a 500 $ security deposit, which will be returned to you if there is no damage to the building and furniture.
