On the third floor of Kennedy (the newest graduate student residence building), the room is very clean, has 11' ceilings, and a large south-facing window. Room is furnished by Stanford, and includes a Full-XL bed (with linens), wide desk (with desk lamp), large dresser, etc. Bathroom is large, has a bathtub and quick-heating water. Living room has two couches, dining table, and opens into the kitchen. Kitchen has granite countertops, and cookware / dishes. Also has an electric range with fast oven, although there is no dishwasher or microwave. The building is VERY QUIET and only: ~2 min from Ray's, ~5 min from Green Library, and ~10 min from the Palo Alto farmer's market.

NOTE: Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense from me.
