I am a grad student at Stanford and this Summer I will be away from June 10th to September 10th, so I am renting my place for the entire 3 months. ($3300 in total, $1100 at the beginning of every month + $500 refundable deposit, all expenses included)

I live in a cottage in Bryant Street in Palo Alto, very close to Stanford (less than 15 minutes biking) and 10 minutes biking away from University Ave and 10 minutes walking from California Ave, where you also can find a variety of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. Bryant street is one of the biking corridors in Palo Alto so it is a very quiet and well connected street.

The cottage is in the backyard of a house and has its private entrance through the drive way. The garden is truly amazing!

The cottage has two levels: bedroom and working space. It also has a small restroom (with a shower and toilette) and a hid-away kitchenette. The space is furnished (queen bed, sofa-bed, desk and 2 chairs) and it also has a small refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner and heater (I don't think you will need it during summer!). It has a closet and extra storage space under the bed.

It doesn't have a stove or a washing machine. There are a couple laundromats that you could use at a 5 minutes driving distance. Also, it doesn't have wifi so It's ideal for people looking to work and read in a calm and quiet space.

There is plenty of space to park a car in the street (if needed). In case of having a bike, you can also park it in the garage.

I am looking for somebody who is nice, very clean, low key, respectful, and financially viable. No pets. Ideally somebody working/studying at Stanford during this Summer. My landlady, who is a very nice lady, lives in the main house and has a very early bed time so I am looking for somebody quiet.
