Subletting my furnished bedroom in a big 2bd/1.5ba apartment in the lower Sunset for the summer. I’m taking off for fieldwork and looking for someone to take over from ~June 12 – late August/early September with flexibility on the dates. The apartment is in a great location at 18th Ave. and Santiago – two blocks from Safeway, <1 mile from the West Portal Muni Station w/ easy downtown access, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and 2 blocks from Rt. 1 for commuters. In addition to the beds/baths it has a living room, dining room/office space, big kitchen with skylights, laundry onsite, big porch and backyard. Your roommates will be an awesome couple in their late 20’s: a lab manager at Stanford and a teacher – generally laid-back atmosphere.
