My premium studio is extra-spacious and perfect for a single person (male or female) or couple without children. The premium studio will come furnished and has a balcony. I am also planning to leave my 55in Samsung TV for your use.

Some cool things about this place are:

-has a 2nd floor, with balcony (most other munger units face into other units and don't have balconies)
-dishwasher and AC are godsends, especially during the summer
-utilities are included in the rent
-free laundry with ample washers/dryers free on the 1st floor
-no downstairs neighbors
-if you drive, this is closest to Wilbur garage of any residence
-Wilbur field is directly across and Arguello Park is 2 1 block away
-6 minute walk to the GSB, 8 minute walk to Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation (ASCR) and Ford Center
-On the side not facing Campus Drive, which has a bus stop and lots of traffic
