The apartment is in the peaceful family housing area of EV overlooking a grassy lawn and playground. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. There is a bus stop conveniently located right down the street from the apartment.

Apartment:
The apartment is cozy and spacious with a kitchen, dining area, and living room on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. I am subletting one of the bedrooms. Pictures available upon request.

My wonderful roommate is a Stanford medical student.

Price: $1083/month prorated accordingly. (This is exactly how much I pay for it.)
