We have one room available for summer sublet from June 21 to September 30 (about 3 months).
We are working professionals work monday-friday from 9 to 6. So we prefer working professional who just moved from other states or looking for temporary house to live.
(Exceptional for language school students for short-term study)

Easy access to 280, 680, 880 and couple blocks away from San Tomas ex.
Near the Mituwa market, Lions market.

Our unit is newly renovated last year, everything is brand-new and I want them to keep as it is. The room you will be using has single size bed, closet and organizer for you. This room gets a lot of sunshine during day time and pretty spacious. You will be sharing the bathroom with me. And this unit has washer/ dryer in unit for free.

Deposit $900 is required on the day of you sign the contract. And you can start pay the rent month to month. On the day of moving in you are required to pay 1 month rent+ deposit.
