I want to sublease my EV South 1BR. The house is right behind Ray's grill. Great location. You will be sharing the house with a male PhD student who is very quiet and clean. The room is available immediately until June 23. The contract can be extended for another two weeks, but will require moving to Studio 1, which is right in front of this house.
