Rent = $1083/month plus safety deposit of $300.

Rent needs to be paid prior to moving in. Safety Deposit will be returned between 9/20/2016 and 9/22/2016, after inspection.

Includes: Full kitchen (fridge, oven/stove, microwave, sink, etc), common room, bedroom and common room furnishings (bed, sofa, desk, etc), shared bathroom, campus wifi.

On campus, within walking distance to food, laundry, academic spaces.
