I’m subletting my place in Stanford on-campus grad housing.

Rate: $777 per month or $26.42/day
Refundable deposit: $300

Available: July 17th - Sept. 3rd 2016; dates aren’t flexible.

I’m looking for someone who wants to sublet it for the full 7-week period. (Total $1268 for the whole period, all-inclusive.)

It’s a lovely furnished private room in a 2-bedroom efficiency apartment in Escondido Village. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with one female roommate. My roommate is a PhD student, who’s considerate, neat, quiet and friendly. The rent is inclusive of everything: water, electricity, free laundry machines in the building, unlimited wifi, unlimited domestic calls on the landline in the apartment.) The apartment has great natural light, and is cool in the afternoon. It comes with a spacious balcony that my room opens onto. There are safe bicycle stands right outside, and the building is right by two Stanford Marguerite free shuttle stops.

Very important: as per Stanford rules, the subletter must be:

• Female
• Stanford affiliate during the summer
• Not an undergrad, not a high school student
• Not a minor

And, no sharing. Only one person can stay in the sublet, so if you’re looking for a place for yourself and your partner to stay in together, I won’t be able to sublet to you. Also, no smoking and no pets.
