I'm subletting my room in a 4BR/3BA house in Redwood City near the Caltrain station. The sublet is available starting now til the end of August.

The room is spacious (approximately 150-200 sq. ft) with good natural light and a closet. You will share a bathroom with one other roommate. The house has a furnished kitchen, two living rooms, a washer and dryer, and a large back yard.

My roommates will continue to occupy their rooms - they're Stanford grad students and are considerate, friendly, and personable.

The place is approximately a 10 minute walk to the RWC Caltrain station and a 15-20 minute drive to campus. There's ample street parking. Rent includes utilities and is 1300/mo. Please contact me for more information, pictures, etc.
