For a female Stanford/SCU student or young professional. You will share the common area with another young female who is very friendly (she works in Stanford). She wants an apartment mate who is respectful of other’s space and enjoy themselves while being mindful of their apartment mate's comfort. MUST keep own and common area clean.

Preference will be given to someone looking to rent for the entire duration.
