I'm subletting my Studio apartment at Escondido Village from August 14 to September 21 (dates are flexible). It's close to marguerite bus stop, 10-15 minute walk to campus, Starbucks, and California avenue.

The room comes fully furnished, including full kitchenware, audio set, a keyboard (it can be moved if you want more room), and a record player (I can teach you how to use it!). It's pretty cool over the summer and quiet over the day. Free laundry is available in the same building.

Rent is $1,361/month with $300 security deposit which will be returned at the end of the sublease. I'm looking for a clean, responsible non-smoker, who can take the place at least for a month. Please feel free to email me with any questions!
