We have one or two rooms available for summer sublet in a 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom house located 3 blocks away from University Avenue downtown Palo Alto (4 min walk to Blue Bottle, Sushirrito, etc).

We are Stanford graduate students living here for the next year, and some of us are gone for the summer so are subletting our rooms. It's as good a location as you can find.

These are furnished rooms with beds, desks, etc, and we have phenomenal common spaces (3 living rooms across three floors). Rent is $1900 - $2200 per month depending on the room. Dates are 7/1 - 9/15 but may be flexible.
