Do you want to live in San Francisco during the month of July? Then you are in luck! I have a room available for sublet for the month of July at a great apartment in the Nopa neighborhood (specifically at the intersection of Fulton and Lyon) of San Francisco. You'd be living with myself and two other fine upstanding gentlemen whom I have known for some time. Our apartment is very large, with an upstairs playroom containing a flatscreen TV, multiple couches, and a (highly competitive) ping pong table. It's a perfect summer getaway or a chance to try out living in the city/ get your footing for a new grad. Rent is 1400 for the month, and utilities are covered. We have a nice queen size inflatable mattress if you do not have your own transportable bedding, but otherwise the room comes unfurnished.

Additionally, a different room in the apartment would likely become permanently available starting in December, so if you really like living with us (and we of course like living with you), that room could be yours! Details to be determined.
