Studio apartment sublet on Stanford campus from July 1st to August 14th, 2016 (moving out day is not negotiable). Priority will only be given to people who take the apartment for the whole period, and MINIMUM ONE MONTH rent is required.

The apartment is fully furnished including queen size bed, kitchen stuff, desk, couch, closet, private bathroom, and bedding (if needed). Free laundry facilities in the building, very friendly community, and nearby cafeteria. ~10 mins walk distance to all Stanford buildings.

Rent is $1361/month, which will be prorated for August. And a $600 deposit is required before moving in. Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Undergrads and couples are not eligible.
