Stanford guy. Pretty athletic and in good form. I work out 4-5 times per week, usually in the afternoons. Some days I swim and do light weightlifting or jogging; other days, I might just do one of the above. The idea is to enjoy the balmy days of early summer while pushing myself to better health, physical performance, and mental clarity.
