Clean. The rent for the entire period listed in the title will be
$2000 plus an extra $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be
Returned to you within 20 days of your leave. The apartment will be
Returned to university after you leave and so you will be responsible for
Any damage or cleaning fee incurred after inspection by university.

You must be eligible for a sublet through Stanford university.
