My room is available for sublet from 6/28-7/18(+alpha, since I am not sure whether I will return in July or August)

The official price is $1083/mo, but it will depend on the period you rent(prorated rent). The room is basically new and clean, because I took all of my stuff out of the room (I got a room at another location during these dates)

Shared bathroom and kitchen with a male roommate / Bedrooms are separated.
Very close to gym and tennis court(3-5 min walk) / Laundry is free
