Luxury downtown penthouse available to Stanford or Ivy league affiliate from August 16 to October 15th, 7000 per month, minimum 40 days, 1000 security deposit and 200 cleaning fee.

Our penthouse is 3 minutes walking distance from University Avenue, on the famous Waverley street, in the hearth of downtown Palo Alto. It has one master bedroom with two XL twin beds next to each other that recline with remote control and have massage functions. If you put them together they make a giant king bed. There is a second toddler bedroom and a third room separated by glass walls that can be used either as baby room or as office/working room. Lots of light, views of the hills, washer drier in the unit, high speed internet, two bathrooms, airconditioning (nest). We will rent to a maximum of two adults, and prefer a professional or a couple with or without kids under the age of 2.5. If you have small kids, this is paradise, johnson park is one block away and the day one store half a block away. You can walk to all restaurants, gym, grocery store, hair dresser. You can either walk to Stanford or take the marguerita shuttle from caltrain (caltrain is 8 min walk).
