I will be subletting my furnished room in downtown PA from July 5th to August 13th. The rent is $1200/month.
The dates are negotiable as long as it is longer than 2 weeks, the rent will be prorated.

The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The other roommate is a female Stanford alum who works in the area.
It is located near University Avenue, 1.5 miles from Stanford campus and within a mile from the Palo Alto Caltrain station.

We are looking for a female roommate, however if you are a recent Stanford male grad (class of '10 and after) we can make an exception.
