Hey everyone. I'm looking for someone to sublease my room from mid july to end of december. It's in a 3 bedroom apartment that you'll share with 2 other housemates. We live near Turk & Webster. The apartment is fairly large -- huge living room and a good sized kitchen.

Some more details:

• Rent is $1490/month
• Utilities are $20-40/month
• Available July 19 to December 31. I prefer someone who can stay most of this time.
• Room dimensions: 13' x 11', plus a 7' x 2' closet
• Apartment has 2 full baths. Whoever takes my room will share one (or can pay more to have their own).
• The room can come furnished or unfurnished. If furnished, I'll be replacing the full size bed in the pictures with a queen bed, and also replacing the dresser and nightstand.
• Street parking is free, but there is weekly street cleaning.
• One housemate works at Google and the other at a startup in SF. I know them both very well (one since college) and will vouch for them. They're very friendly!
