I'm a PhD student who will be doing some data collection in July. I'm looking for clean, respectful sublettee from July 09 to Aug 10. If interested, please tell me your name, a little about yourself, your preferred dates, your affiliation to Stanford, and your availability for Skyping or meeting to see the apartment/ensure we can have a good partnership. To be clear, the apartment will contain my things during your stay, though I will clean out some drawers/shelves for your things.
$500 deposit; rent will be based on standard EV Studio monthly rent of $1,361.
