Premium Studio Apartment (Hastorf) in Kennedy Neighborhood for $60 per day beginning on August 1st for either 5 or 6 nights (can perhaps extend a day earlier or later, if needed).

Characteristics:
It is a fully furnished 4th floor apartment that was built less than 2 years ago.
Quiet neighbors.
Great views.
Minimal direct sunlight (windows facing north), so room stays cool even on hot days (2 fans available for your use)
Large closet and large bathroom.
Free laundry next to building.
I have a TV with HDMI Mac-adaptable cable, microwave, toaster over, and a lamp can use.

Must sublet a minimum of 5 nights and pay full amount in advance (cash or check). Apartment will be available completely clean (and expected to be received in same condition). Full set of dishes, silverware, spices, and cleaning supplies are also available for you to use. I will store some of my non-valuables under the raised bed.

Please don't inquire about a price reduction; it would only be worthwhile for me to sublet at the above price (which is my rate plus fees), and I would crash at my friend's place during this time. The evening of 7/31 would be the earliest possible move-in date, and the mid-afternoon on 8/7 would be the latest possible move-out date.
