This room in Kennedy Rosse is an apartment with 2 master bedrooms and a shared living room and shared kitchen. There will be one person (male) living in one of the master bedrooms. You will be staying in the other master bedroom. This means you have access to your own private bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). You will be able to use the living room and kitchen.

Quite honestly, I have been living here for three quarters and absolutely love living here. It is very peaceful, modern, new, and clean. I am asking that you are also extremely clean, preferably not eating within the room, as I will be moving back in as the quarter starts.

I will ask for $2800 for the days 7/5-9/5 (potentially through 9/12 prorated). Start date is flexible and can be prorated (minimum stay must be 60 days).
I will also ask for $500 dollars deposit, only $450 will be refunded to you IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES to the room after moving out and $50 will be used as cleaning fees and is non refundable.
